Therahexin (often referred to as ¹⁷⁷Lu-Therahexin) is an advanced cancer-targeted radioligand therapy agent. It is used to treat certain aggressive tumors (e.g., breast cancer and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma) that have high levels of a specific protein called αvβ6-integrin on the cell surface, by binding to the Lu-177 radionuclide.
