DOTA‑LM3 is a next‑generation somatostatin receptor (SSTR2) antagonist used in the diagnosis and treatment of neuroendocrine tumors (NET). It is being developed for PET imaging with Gallium‑68 and for Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) with Lutetium‑177 or Actinium‑225.
